At Wolfborn Studio, we take pride in every personalised piece we create. From preparing your design to cutting, finishing and carefully packaging your order, we give each product the attention it deserves. We want you to be delighted with your finished sign and proud to display it or give it as a meaningful gift.

Your wording is thoughtfully arranged within your selected dimensions, keeping the lettering in proportion and making the connections needed for your chosen cutting style.

Choose your preferred overall width and maximum height. The complete arrangement is prepared within that space; this is not a separate size for each letter or word. The finished height may be less than your selected maximum.

Minimum overall width is 30 cm. Standard layouts must fit within 160 × 100 cm, allowing rotation. Larger layouts require a custom enquiry. We’ll check complex or crowded wording before cutting.

One connected piece is the default, including joins between words and lines. With separate words, the lettering and small details within each word stay connected. Your final wall coverage depends on how you space those words.

The product photos show examples of the font and construction. They are not an automatic preview or proof of your entered wording.

Classic Acrylic is available in Black and White. Mirror Acrylic is available in Gold, Silver and Rose Gold. Natural Plywood retains the appearance of the wood. Woodgrain-Finish Plywood has a decorative finish UV-printed directly onto its front, a natural plywood back and dark laser-cut edges—not a veneer or adhesive wrap.

Natural Plywood and Woodgrain-Finish Plywood are for indoor display only. Keep them protected from rain, moisture and outdoor weather, which can damage the wood.

Choose 3 mm for our recommended lightweight option, or 6 mm for a thicker profile. Colour samples are guides; natural grain, lighting and screens can affect appearance.

Optional design proof before cutting. If you select the paid proof option, the proof fee shown beside the option is added to your sign total. We’ll send a text message with a picture of your design proof to the preferred mobile number you provide at checkout before we cut your sign.

If we believe your wording or layout needs your approval for production, we may still send you a proof even when you haven’t purchased the optional proof service. We won’t add the optional proof fee after checkout simply because we decided a production check was needed.

Please reply within 48 hours of the proof picture being sent. Reply to confirm you’re happy for us to proceed, or tell us what you’d like adjusted. If we haven’t received a reply, we’ll send a reminder after 12 hours and a final reminder after 24 hours, both measured from the original proof message.

If there is still no reply after 48 hours, we’ll proceed with cutting the design shown in the proof and dispatch it once finished. This applies only when the proof matches your ordered wording, material, finish, thickness, cut style and selected space. The response period starts when the proof is sent, not when you place your order. We’ll include your reply deadline in the text message.

If you request a change before cutting, we’ll pause production while we discuss it. A revised proof starts a new 48-hour response period. If a message is reported as undelivered, we’ll try to reach you again rather than rely on that deadline.

Changes to your wording, selected size, material or price require your express agreement. If your wording cannot be made suitably within your chosen space, we’ll contact you to agree on a solution. We won’t treat silence as approval of those changes or knowingly cut an unsuitable design.

Please check your mobile number and keep an eye out for our text messages. Proof review and revisions can extend the usual dispatch timeframe. These proof arrangements do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Mounting adhesive is included: double-sided tape for smaller pieces and 3M mounting strips for larger pieces. Check your surface is suitable and follow the mounting product manufacturer’s instructions.

Handle your sign gently, supporting delicate lettering. Keep plywood signs indoors and dry. Adhesive mounting should not be used above beds or cots.

Every sign is wrapped in bubble wrap, protected between two panels of 3 mm MDF, wrapped in another layer of bubble wrap and enclosed in cardboard. This layered protection helps cushion your sign and protect delicate lettering in transit.

At Wolfborn Studio, we take pride in preparing every order for its journey. Protective packaging is included in your sign price. Delivery charges are separate.

Made to order and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Orders with proofs may take longer for the response period or revisions. Delivery time is additional.

A street address is required. We do not deliver these signs to P.O. Boxes. Oversized layouts and delivery arrangements are confirmed through a custom enquiry.
