About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Wolfborn Studio. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy before ordering. Contact us using our contact form with any questions.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law rights. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order; later changes apply to later orders.

Made-to-order production

Our products are made to order in Townsville, Queensland. Please allow 2–3 business days for your product to be made before dispatch. Postage time is additional. If an order needs customer artwork, details or proof approval, production can begin once the required information and approval have been received. We will discuss any different timeframe for a special project before proceeding.

Your product selections and personalisation

Please check your chosen product, size, colour, print placement, quantity, spelling, dates, measurements and delivery details before checkout. Use the product's size chart where provided.

Personalised or custom-specification products include items made with your name, photograph, business logo, supplied artwork, custom wording, dimensions or other bespoke instructions. A standard catalogue design selected in an offered size, colour or print placement is not treated as personalised solely because it is made after you order.

Where we provide a proof for approval, please review all details before approving it. We may not be able to change customer-approved details after production begins. This does not excuse an error made by Wolfborn Studio or limit your consumer rights.

Customer-supplied artwork

You must have permission to use any artwork, photographs, logos or wording you supply. You permit us to use that material to prepare and fulfil your order. This does not give us permission to use your personal photographs or custom work in advertising without your consent.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether work has started and what is possible. For personalised/custom-specification goods, change-of-mind cancellation is not available once agreed design work or production has begun. This restriction does not affect cancellation or other remedies required by law, including where we cannot supply your order as agreed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The applicable product price and postage are displayed before you complete checkout. Please review your order total before paying. If we identify an error that prevents us fulfilling your order as agreed, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not substitute a product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Product appearance and care

Screen displays and natural materials can produce small differences in colour, grain or appearance. These differences do not remove the requirement for products to match their description and be of acceptable quality. Please follow the care and installation instructions supplied with your product.

Shipping

Production time and delivery time are separate. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and free Standard shipping within Australia is offered on orders of $100 or more. See our Shipping Policy for details. Please contact us if a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged so we can help investigate.

Returns and problems with your order

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains personalised items, voluntary returns of non-personalised catalogue goods, and how to report damage, faults or incorrect items. It forms part of these terms. Agreeing to these terms does not waive your Australian Consumer Law rights.
