Personalised guest name plaques are a beautiful way to style your wedding tables while helping guests find their seat with ease. Made to order in your chosen font and finish, each name adds an elegant finishing touch to napkins, plates or menus and doubles as a keepsake for your guests.

Ideal for weddings, engagements, bridal showers and formal events, as well as birthdays, Christmas dinners and other celebrations. Choose a finish to complement modern, classic or romantic decor.

Each product is one font style. Your order will use this listing’s font and the guest names you supply.

Choose your size:

• 40–50 mm tall, up to 120 mm long
• 50–60 mm tall, up to 140 mm long
• 60–70 mm tall, up to 160 mm long

How big will my names be? We make each name as large as possible within both the maximum length and maximum height for your chosen size, keeping the lettering in proportion.

For example, for the 50–60 mm option, we first fit each name within 140 mm in length, then check that its height does not exceed 60 mm. If needed, we reduce it proportionally until both limits are met.

Exact dimensions depend on the name and font. Names will not all have the same height or length, and long names may need to be shorter in height than the stated range to stay within the maximum length. The size range is a guide, not a guaranteed minimum height.

Each guest-name line is one cut-out. All acrylic and plywood finishes are 3 mm thick. Plates, napkins, menus and styling accessories are not included.

Our plywood is a premium material with a varnished and sealed finish for a durable, high-quality result. We do not use second-grade or general hardware plywood for these products.

This premium finish is why our varnished plywood and acrylic place names are priced the same for the same size and quantity.

All name plaques are fragile. Handle them gently, especially at fine joins and flourishes.

Acrylic pieces arrive with brown protective paper or plastic film to help prevent scratches in transit. Carefully peel this covering off before your event, supporting the lettering as you work.

Inspect your items before removing the covering. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and contact Wolfborn Studio before peeling the paper or film. Transit-damage insurance cover ends once the protective covering is removed.

This transit-damage policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Enter one guest name per line. Keep a complete name together: Alex Marie on one line counts as one place name. Repeat a name on a new line for each extra piece required.

Choose your material, finish and size, then enter at least four names. We count nonblank lines and select the quantity price automatically. Each list uses one font, finish and size.

Please do not add commas between guests, numbering, quantities or instructions to the guest list. Enter the spelling and capitalisation exactly as you would like them made.

Proofs are not supplied. Check every name and tick the spelling confirmation before ordering.

We prepare your guest list in the selected font and laser cut the names in-house from your chosen material. Letter spacing and joins may be adjusted during preparation so the cut-out works as a connected piece while retaining the character of the font.

We use the names you supply, so please check spelling and capitalisation carefully before submitting your order.

Your names are personalised to order, so please allow time for production as well as delivery.
