Sleeve print placement

Your sleeve print will be centred on the outer side of the sleeve, aligned with the pressed centre fold, so it is visible from the side when worn. The Print.App preview may show your artwork nearer the front or back of the sleeve. Please use our sleeve mock-up as the placement guide; we will position your print centrally on the outer sleeve when pressing your shirt.

Custom shirts are suitable for business uniforms, staff shirts, teams, clubs, family events, birthday groups, market stalls, promotional apparel, gifts and individual designs.

Every shirt is produced to order, so your garment is printed for your order rather than taken from a shelf of pre-printed stock.

Our current premium T-shirt range uses 100% Australian-grown cotton for a soft, comfortable everyday feel.

Please check the size guide in the product images before placing your order. For the most reliable comparison, measure a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of, then compare those measurements with the size chart.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up may be the better choice. Fit and measurements can vary between garment styles, so always use the guide shown with the product you are purchasing.

Artwork & Personalisation

You can personalise your shirt using your own logo, photo, artwork, drawing, text or other suitable design.

For the cleanest print, upload the original, highest-resolution file available. PNG files with a transparent background are ideal where transparency is required, and high-quality PDF artwork may also be suitable.

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates, wording and artwork before completing your order. Custom products are produced using the information and files supplied with your order.

Print Placement & Design Area

Choose Mini, Small, Medium, Standard or Large. Combine prints and pay for the shirt once.

Your shirt costs $11.99 AUD, plus your chosen print sizes. Select one or more sizes and tell us where each print should go.

Mini — 7 × 7 cm: Sleeve, name or small logo. One shirt with this print: $21.99 AUD.
Small — 10 × 10 cm: Pocket / chest. One shirt with this print: $23.99 AUD.
Medium — 30 × 10 cm: Across the shoulders. One shirt with this print: $26.99 AUD.
Standard — 20 × 30 cm: Front or back. One shirt with this print: $29.99 AUD.
Large — 30 × 40 cm: Large front or back design. One shirt with this print: $34.99 AUD.

Small plus Medium is $38.99 AUD per shirt ($11.99 + $12 + $15). Print areas are approximate maximums; placement varies with garment size and fit.

Professional DTF Printing

Direct-to-Film printing provides vibrant colour, crisp detail and a durable pressed finish.

Your custom design is produced using professional Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. The printed transfer is professionally heat pressed onto the garment to create a vibrant, detailed and durable finish.

DTF printing works well for colourful artwork, logos, text and detailed designs, making it suitable for both business branding and personal custom apparel.

Every shirt is printed and finished to order by Wolfborn Studio.

Artwork Quality & Colour

Minimum approximately 200 DPI; recommended approximately 300 DPI at the chosen print size.

Provide the original, highest-quality artwork available. Minimum and recommended pixel dimensions:

Mini (7 × 7 cm): minimum 550 × 550 px; recommended 825 × 825 px or more.
Small (10 × 10 cm): minimum 790 × 790 px; recommended 1180 × 1180 px or more.
Medium (30 × 10 cm): minimum 2360 × 790 px; recommended 3540 × 1180 px or more.
Standard (20 × 30 cm): minimum 1575 × 2360 px; recommended 2360 × 3540 px or more.
Large (30 × 40 cm): minimum 2360 × 3150 px; recommended 3540 × 4725 px or more.

Simply changing a file to “300 DPI” does not increase its quality. A small image enlarged for a larger print can become blurry or pixelated.

High-quality PNG or PDF files are preferred. We check artwork before printing and contact you if there are quality concerns. Screen colours are a guide; printed colours may vary slightly.

Care Information

Simple washing and drying care helps protect both your garment and the printed design.

To help keep your custom T-shirt and print looking their best:

Machine wash with similar colours
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Iron on the reverse side if required
Do not iron directly over the printed design
Do not dry clean

Following the garment care label and avoiding excessive heat directly on the print will help maintain the finish for longer.

Production & Dispatch

Printed to order in Queensland, checked and carefully packaged before dispatch or collection.

Custom T-shirts are made to order at Wolfborn Studio rather than pre-printed in bulk.

Once your order and artwork are received, your shirt is prepared, printed, professionally heat pressed, checked and carefully packaged.

Production time can vary depending on order quantity and current workload. Any current production or delivery information shown during ordering should be used as the guide for your order.

For larger business, team or event orders, allow additional production time and contact us if you are working toward a fixed event date.
