Every shirt is produced to order, so your garment is printed for your order rather than taken from a shelf of pre-printed stock.

Our current premium T-shirt range uses 100% Australian-grown cotton for a soft, comfortable everyday feel.

Please check the size guide in the product images before placing your order. For the most reliable comparison, measure a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of, then compare those measurements with the size chart.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up may be the better choice. Fit and measurements can vary between garment styles, so always use the guide shown with the product you are purchasing.

You can personalise your shirt using your own logo, photo, artwork, drawing, text or other suitable design.

For the cleanest print, upload the original, highest-resolution file available. PNG files with a transparent background are ideal where transparency is required, and high-quality PDF artwork may also be suitable.

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates, wording and artwork before completing your order. Custom products are produced using the information and files supplied with your order.

Depending on the selected T-shirt product, print placement options may include front, back, pocket or front + back printing.

For our standard full custom T-shirt design area, the maximum printable area is up to 30 cm wide × 33 cm high on the front and up to 30 cm wide × 33 cm high on the back.

Your artwork does not need to fill the entire area. Smaller logos and designs can be positioned within the available print zone. The exact visual size and placement can look slightly different across garment sizes because the shirt itself becomes wider or narrower.

Your custom design is produced using professional Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. The printed transfer is professionally heat pressed onto the garment to create a vibrant, detailed and durable finish.

DTF printing works well for colourful artwork, logos, text and detailed designs, making it suitable for both business branding and personal custom apparel.

For best results, we recommend artwork with an effective resolution of approximately 200–300 DPI at the size you intend to print.

Higher-resolution artwork generally produces the cleanest detail, particularly for small text, fine lines and intricate logos. A small image enlarged for a large print may become soft or pixelated, even if its DPI setting is changed.

Screen colours are a guide only. Printed colour can vary slightly from what you see on a phone, tablet or computer because screens display colour differently from physical inks and garments.

To help keep your custom T-shirt and print looking their best:

• Machine wash with similar colours
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on the reverse side if required
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Do not dry clean

Following the garment care label and avoiding excessive heat directly on the print will help maintain the finish for longer.

Custom T-shirts are made to order at Wolfborn Studio rather than pre-printed in bulk.

Once your order and artwork are received, your shirt is prepared, printed, professionally heat pressed, checked and carefully packaged.

Production time can vary depending on order quantity and current workload. Any current production or delivery information shown during ordering should be used as the guide for your order.
