Custom Business Keychains – Black Acrylic

Create practical branded merchandise using your business logo, artwork, promotional message or event design.

Our custom business keychains are made to order and work beautifully for staff sets, customer gifts, promotional giveaways, events, trade shows, clubs, schools and community groups.

Each piece is printed and assembled by Wolfborn Studio, giving you a small everyday product that keeps your branding visible long after it is handed out.

Each keychain is approximately 45 mm in diameter and made from 3 mm acrylic.

Choose from Clear, White or Black acrylic depending on the look you want for your artwork and branding.

A metal split-ring and chain are included with each keychain, so your finished pieces arrive ready to use or hand out.

Because acrylic is a rigid polished material, small variations in edge appearance and reflection can occur under different lighting.

Clear acrylic: we use a layered UV print process so the same design presents cleanly from both sides. You only need to create one design, and the double-sided appearance is included at no extra charge.

White and Black acrylic: front printing is included in the pack price. Reverse-side printing can be added for an additional $1.00 per keychain. You can use the same artwork on both sides or create different front and back designs.

Front printing is included. Reverse printing on White or Black acrylic is an optional extra. The more you order, the lower the base price per keychain.

Use the Wolfborn Design Studio to upload your logo, artwork or promotional graphic, add text and position your design inside the round printable area before ordering.

PNG artwork with a transparent background works especially well for logos and isolated graphics.

Keep important text and fine details comfortably inside the edge of the round design area and carefully check names, phone numbers, web addresses and other business details before submitting your order.

For best results, we recommend artwork with an effective resolution of approximately 200–300 DPI at the intended print size.

The design studio uses a 150 DPI minimum quality threshold and may warn you if an image is enlarged to the point that print quality could be reduced.

Upload the highest-resolution original artwork you have. Screen colours are a guide only and the finished UV print may vary slightly from colours displayed on a phone, tablet or monitor.

To clean your acrylic keychain, gently wipe it with a soft microfibre cloth and clean water or a small amount of mild diluted soap.

Avoid abrasive pads, rough cloths, harsh chemicals and solvents, as these can mark or damage acrylic and printed surfaces.

Keychains are designed for normal everyday use, but acrylic can scratch or crack if heavily impacted, bent or exposed to excessive heat. Treat the keyring hardware and acrylic piece with reasonable care for the best long-term finish.

Once your order and artwork are received, the acrylic pieces are prepared and UV printed, the metal keyring hardware is assembled, and the finished batch is checked before being carefully packed.

Production time varies with quantity and current workload. If you need keychains for a fixed event, promotion or launch date, allow additional time and contact us before ordering if the deadline is tight.
