Custom Black Acrylic Coasters — Rounded Square

Wolfborn Studio's custom business coaster range gives you three distinct ways to put your branding on the table: Neoprene Promotional Coasters, UV Printed Acrylic Coasters and Premium Ceramic Tile Coasters.

Use them for cafés, restaurants, bars, offices, reception areas, accommodation, events, product launches, expos, promotional giveaways, staff spaces and client gifts.

Each range is built around an easy approximately 10 cm format, but the material, finish, quantity options and presentation are deliberately different so you can choose the coaster that best suits the job and budget.

Neoprene Promotional: lightweight, flexible and the most cost-effective choice for larger promotional runs, events, giveaways and everyday hospitality branding. Choose round or square.

UV Printed Acrylic: rigid, modern and reusable, with separate Clear, White and Black products. Choose round or rounded square. Each coaster is printed on one side and finished with four discreet clear silicone protective feet.

Premium Ceramic Tile: our most substantial option, made as a 10 × 10 cm square ceramic tile with a full cork backing. It is ideal for boardrooms, premium hospitality, accommodation, reception areas, client gifts and higher-end presentation.

All three ranges are custom made to order by Wolfborn Studio.

Neoprene Promotional Coasters are available as either a 10 cm round coaster or a 10 × 10 cm square coaster.

Acrylic Coasters are available as either a 10 cm round coaster or a 10 × 10 cm rounded-square coaster. Clear, White and Black acrylic are sold as separate products so you can choose the exact base colour you want.

Every acrylic coaster is finished with four clear silicone protective feet. The small transparent feet gently raise the rigid acrylic from the surface, add grip and help reduce direct contact with tables, desks and benchtops. On Clear acrylic they also preserve the clean transparent appearance without covering the back with cork.

Premium Ceramic Tile Coasters are square only at approximately 10 × 10 cm, approximately 7 mm thick, and finished with a full cork backing for cushioning, grip and furniture protection.

Neoprene Promotional Coasters are produced using our professional DTF printing process.

Acrylic Coasters are full-colour UV printed directly onto the acrylic on one side.

Premium Ceramic Coasters are professionally custom printed to order for a substantial premium finish.

Use the Wolfborn Design Studio to upload your business logo, artwork, photograph or promotional graphic, add text and position your layout before ordering.

PNG artwork with a transparent background works especially well for logos. For the cleanest result, aim for an effective resolution of approximately 200–300 DPI at the intended print size. The design studio may warn you when an image falls below its minimum quality threshold.

Check spelling, phone numbers, web addresses, QR codes, dates and other business details carefully before submitting your custom design. Screen colours are a guide only and finished printed colours can vary slightly from a digital display.

Neoprene: the soft flexible material naturally provides a cushioned, grippy base. Gently spot clean when required and allow it to air dry.

Acrylic: four discreet clear silicone feet lift the rigid coaster slightly from the surface, improve grip and help protect furniture. Wipe the acrylic gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and excessive heat. Acrylic can scratch if handled roughly.

Premium Ceramic: a full cork backing cushions the tile, improves grip and helps protect tables and benchtops. Wipe the printed ceramic surface gently rather than soaking the entire coaster, as prolonged moisture can affect the cork. Ceramic is substantial but can chip or break if dropped or heavily impacted.

No coaster can prevent every possible mark on every surface, so always keep both the coaster and furniture surface clean and free from grit for the best protection.

Larger runs require additional production time. The available quantity choices and live order pricing are controlled through the product configurator on the individual coaster product.

Premium Ceramic Coasters can be upgraded with optional presentation extras when you want the finished set to feel more like a client, staff or corporate gift.

Minimalist Black Coaster Holder — +$3.00
Holds one set of four ceramic coasters. The black iron holder has a simple powder-coated finish and is approximately 10.5 cm wide × 5 cm high and approximately 80 g.

Presentation Gift Box — +$5.00
Add a black window presentation box for a more polished gift-ready finish.

These accessories are special-order extras and are offered only with the Premium Ceramic range. Adding a holder or presentation box may extend the production time while the accessories are sourced and your set is prepared.

They are ideal for client Christmas gifts, corporate thank-yous, staff recognition, VIP customers, settlement gifts and premium branded presentations.

Custom coasters are made to order at Wolfborn Studio rather than taken from pre-printed stock.

Once your order and artwork are received, your selected coaster material is prepared, custom printed, finished, checked and carefully packed for collection or dispatch.

Production time increases as order quantity increases. Large promotional runs naturally take longer than a small set, so please allow additional production time when ordering 48, 72, 96, 120 or other larger quantities.

Premium Ceramic orders that include the special-order metal holder or presentation gift box can require additional turnaround while those accessories are sourced and the set is assembled.
