This is the easy, personal side of custom T-shirt printing — made for everyday customers who want to turn a photo, joke, name, drawing or favourite saying into something completely their own.

Make a birthday shirt, a funny family gift, a matching shirt for a holiday, your pet’s face at an unnecessarily large size, a photo your best friend wishes you had forgotten, or simply a design you have always wanted to wear.

You do not need to be ordering for a business and you do not need a bulk quantity. One shirt is absolutely fine.

Our current premium T-shirt range uses 100% Australian-grown cotton for a soft, comfortable everyday feel.

Please check the size guide in the product images before placing your order. For the most reliable comparison, measure a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of, then compare those measurements with the size chart.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up may be the better choice. Fit and measurements can vary between garment styles, so always use the guide shown with the product you are purchasing.

Your design can be meaningful, funny, sentimental or completely ridiculous. That is the whole point.

Use the Wolfborn Design Studio to upload your photo, artwork or design, add text, resize elements and position your layout on the shirt before ordering.

You can make your image large and bold, keep it small and simple, or combine a photo with your own wording. The preview lets you see the overall placement while you create.

PNG files with a transparent background work well for isolated artwork and graphics. For photos, upload the original image wherever possible rather than a screenshot or a copy saved from social media.

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates and wording before completing your order.

For our standard personal custom T-shirt range, available print placement options may include Front, Back or Front + Back, depending on the shirt you select.

The maximum printable area is up to 30 cm wide × 33 cm high on the front and up to 30 cm wide × 33 cm high on the back.

Your design does not need to fill the full area. It can be made smaller and positioned anywhere within the available print zone. The exact visual size and placement can look slightly different across garment sizes because the shirt itself becomes wider or narrower.

For best results, we recommend artwork or photos with an effective resolution of approximately 200–300 DPI at the size you intend to print.

Our design studio uses a 150 DPI minimum quality threshold and may warn you if an image is enlarged to the point that the finished print could look soft or pixelated.

For photos, use the original camera or phone image where possible. Screenshots, images copied from social media and heavily compressed files often contain much less detail than the original.

Your design is professionally produced using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing for vibrant colour and crisp detail. Screen colours are a guide only, so printed colour can vary slightly from what you see on a phone, tablet or computer.

To help keep your custom T-shirt and print looking their best:

• Machine wash with similar colours
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on the reverse side if required
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Do not dry clean

Following the garment care label and avoiding excessive heat directly on the print will help maintain the finish for longer.

Every custom T-shirt is made to order at Wolfborn Studio rather than pulled from a shelf of pre-printed designs.

Once your order and design are received, your shirt is prepared, professionally DTF printed, heat pressed, checked and carefully packaged.

Production time varies with current workload. If your shirt is for a birthday, holiday, trip or special occasion, please order with enough time for both production and delivery.
