Approve your quote

We confirm the scope, price and timing. A 50% design deposit is due upon quote acceptance, before design work begins.

Review & refine

3 revision rounds are included within your agreed brief. Send one consolidated set of feedback per round through your project portal.

Final proof & release

Approve the final proof and pay the remaining 50% before printing begins or final files are released.

Indicative design fees in AUD. Your written quote confirms the scope, final price and any applicable GST. Printing, hardware, delivery and third-party licences are separate. Other business products and design-only projects are quoted individually.

Basic setup

$50–$80

Preparation and setup of suitable supplied artwork for print.

Flag artwork

$80–$145

A clear, considered layout for your flag and its message.

A-frame artwork

Artwork for an A-frame sign, tailored to the agreed brief.

Different reverse side

An additional layout when the reverse uses different artwork.

Resizing & adapting

Adjusting existing artwork for another size or layout.

Extra revisions or work outside the agreed scope, approved first.

One design. More than one use.

Identical artwork on both sides of a flag or A-frame is one design fee. Reuse the same artwork across multiple flags or signs without another design fee. New artwork or a different reverse-side layout is quoted separately. If another size needs layout changes or print preparation, we’ll confirm any resizing fee first.

Already have print-ready artwork?

Upload it with your enquiry. We’ll assess the file, dimensions, resolution and print suitability. Editable originals or high-quality PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or PSD files are helpful. A file supplied as print-ready may still need preparation; any cost is confirmed before work begins.

Starting with a photo or rough idea?

That’s welcome. Upload your inspiration and explain what you like, what you would change and any details you would like included. You don’t need to know colour codes or font names.

Can you work with AI-generated images?

AI images can be a starting point. Please tell us which elements are AI-generated and which tool was used, if known. Lettering, fine details or resolution may need correction or rebuilding. We’ll check suitability and quote any extra preparation before proceeding. Third-party and AI-generated elements retain their applicable usage restrictions.

What is included in a revision round?

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the agreed brief. Your quote includes 3 rounds. New concepts, additional revisions or changes outside that scope require your approval at $85/hour before we continue.
