Designed to continue

How the pattern continues

The artwork continues horizontally and vertically at the same print scale, rather than stretching to fit a longer panel.

← Continues horizontally →↕ Vertically

Repeat illustration only, not a measured print layout. The 60 × 60 cm reference panel is a coverage example; it is not the motif’s repeat boundary.

Tile details & care

Explore the details below before choosing your layout. Return to this page for cleaning and installation information whenever you need it.

About the tiles

A continuing design, not the same picture on every tile.

Our patterned ceramic tiles carry individual sections of a larger design. Once arranged in the correct order, the artwork continues across the panel horizontally and vertically, creating a coordinated feature rather than a collection of identical pictures.

The artwork is UV printed in-house by Wolfborn Studio onto physical ceramic tiles. This is a printed tile product, not a peel-and-stick wall covering or a digital download.

Two tile sizes, the same artwork scale.

Choose 15 × 15 cm or 20 × 20 cm tiles. Larger tiles change the positions and number of grout lines; they do not enlarge the flowers or other elements in the design. The artwork is continued, rather than stretched, for a larger layout.

The 60 × 60 cm image shows a reference coverage area. It may already include part of the next motif repeat, so it is not necessarily the seamless repeat boundary. A layout can finish partway through the design.

What you are ordering.

The selected quantity of individually printed tiles, arranged as the layout you choose, rather than one pre-assembled splashback panel. The quoted tile total covers the printed tiles; installation materials and labour are not included.

Room images demonstrate styling. Screen colour and lighting can differ from the printed result. Raised or embossed texture and a particular protective coating are not part of the confirmed specification unless expressly stated for the product.

Perfect for & where to use

Perfect for adding pattern and personality.

Style ideas include a decorative panel on a dry interior wall, a dining-room feature above a sideboard, a display alcove, a pantry feature, or a patterned backdrop in an indoor shop or studio. Choose a compact accent or extend the design across a wider wall.

These are design suggestions, not a heat, moisture or commercial-use certification. The chosen location and installation materials must suit the finished printed tile, not just the ceramic underneath.

Splashbacks, heat and wet areas.

Kitchen, laundry and bathroom locations can involve splashing, steam or heat. Their suitability has not yet been verified for this finished product. Do not assume that a kitchen mock-up approves use directly behind a cooktop, or that a ceramic tile is automatically suitable for a shower wall.

Not approved in the current pre-launch specification: shower walls or floors, swimming pools, spas, continuously wet or submerged areas, steam rooms, directly behind cooktops, fireplace surrounds, outdoor installations, floors, benchtops or food-preparation surfaces.

Until the relevant performance is confirmed, keep proposed use to decorative dry indoor wall areas away from direct heat, standing water and heavy abrasion. No waterproof, fireproof, scratchproof or fade-proof guarantee is made.

Sizing & tile counts

Measurements are height × width, in centimetres.

For a two-metre width, enter 200. Select your tile size first, then a preset or Enter my dimensions. The calculator shows rows, columns, tile quantity and the tile total before you add a layout to the cart.

15 × 15 cm tile layouts:

  • 60 × 60 cm: 4 rows × 4 columns = 16 tiles.
  • 60 × 75 cm: 4 rows × 5 columns = 20 tiles.
  • 60 × 90 cm: 4 rows × 6 columns = 24 tiles.
  • 60 × 120 cm: 4 rows × 8 columns = 32 tiles.

20 × 20 cm tile layouts:

  • 60 × 60 cm: 3 rows × 3 columns = 9 tiles.
  • 60 × 100 cm: 3 rows × 5 columns = 15 tiles.
  • 60 × 120 cm: 3 rows × 6 columns = 18 tiles.

Custom dimensions.

Both dimensions must divide evenly by the selected tile size. Invalid measurements are flagged, with alternatives for you to choose. Nothing is rounded automatically, and another tile size is only suggested when it fits both dimensions. Selecting a smaller layout leaves some of your measured area uncovered; a larger layout may need cutting.

Nominal size is not the finished installed size.

The calculator uses nominal tile sizes. Actual tile dimensions, grout joints and perimeter gaps must be allowed for separately. For example, four tiles measuring exactly 150 mm with three 2 mm joints span 606 mm before any perimeter allowance. Have the installed measurements checked before ordering.

Counts are the exact number for the selected whole-tile grid. They do not include wastage, cuts or breakage allowance. A replacement must match the correct section of the pattern; a random extra tile is not interchangeable with every position.

Care & cleaning

Gentle care for the printed surface.

This is precautionary guidance for the pre-launch product, not confirmation of chemical or long-term water resistance. Compatibility of cleaning products with the finished ink and coating system still needs to be confirmed before ordering opens.

  1. Use a clean, soft, non-abrasive, lint-free cloth. Lift loose dust gently and avoid rubbing grit across the artwork.
  2. For a light wipe, lightly dampen the cloth with clean lukewarm water. Wipe gently; do not saturate the tile or leave water standing on the printed face.
  3. Dry promptly with a second clean, soft cloth. Treat small spills in the same gentle way rather than leaving them to dry into a hard deposit.
  4. For marks that need detergent, use only a mild cleaner specifically confirmed compatible with the finished printed surface. An ordinary tile or grout cleaner is not automatically approved. Test any approved cleaner on a spare printed sample first.

Avoid aggressive cleaning.

Do not scrub, scrape or use abrasive powders, scouring pads, steel wool, stiff brushes or melamine/“magic eraser” sponges. Do not use bleach, acidic descalers, solvent or alcohol-based cleaners, acetone, ammonia cleaners or strong degreasers on the print unless a specific product has been approved.

Do not steam clean, pressure wash, soak or put loose tiles in a dishwasher. Do not use heat or a sharp tool to remove a mark. Avoid unapproved polish, wax or sealers on the decorated face.

Keep this page as your care reference.

Cleaning information is kept on this product page so it can be checked before ordering and revisited after delivery. You do not need to rely on a separate printed leaflet.

Installation & handling

Check and dry-lay before fixing.

Unpack carefully and inspect the tiles, quantity and artwork before applying adhesive or cutting. Lay out the full panel on a clean, protected surface, keeping each tile in its intended position and orientation. Do not rotate or mix sections simply because the tile sizes match. Photograph the arranged layout as a reference.

Plan the wall, joints and edges.

Use an appropriately qualified installer to assess the wall, fixing method, tile weight, trim, grout joints, movement gaps and any cutting needed. Share the printed-surface care precautions before work starts. The calculator does not design the substrate, waterproofing or heat protection.

Protect the artwork while installing.

Adhesive, grout, masking products, sealers and cleaning methods must be compatible with the finished printed surface. Trial the proposed grout and clean-up method on a spare printed tile before working across the panel. Do not assume the treatment used for an undecorated ceramic tile is safe for this print.

Avoid dragging abrasive grout, tools or rough cloths over the decorated face. Do not scrape off dried adhesive or grout haze, use an acid wash, or add an unapproved surface sealer. Have cutting and edge protection assessed by the installer rather than assuming every cut will preserve the printed finish.

Follow the approved adhesive and grout manufacturers’ curing and installation instructions. Do not expose the installation to cleaning or moisture before the specified curing period has passed. These notes are precautions, not a substitute for an installation specification or approval for a wet or heated location.

Shipping & samples

Try an individual tile first.

Choose Order a sample and select 15 × 15 cm or 20 × 20 cm. A sample is one tile showing a section of the artwork at its intended print scale, not the whole panel design shrunk onto a small tile. It is useful for checking colour and detail beside your cabinetry, paint and other finishes.

A sample does not certify suitability for heat, water, cleaning chemicals or a particular installation. The current sample price is shown in the buying options above.

Project orders.

Choose the complete layout needed for your project where possible. The tile total is calculated from the selected tile size and quantity; preset counts do not include extra tiles for cutting or breakage. Plan any position-specific spare tiles before installation.

Made to order and delivery.

This range is printed to order. The production lead time, delivery options and any shipping charges for this range have not yet been finalised; these details will be added before ordering is enabled. Production time and carrier transit time are separate, so a dispatch estimate is not an arrival guarantee.

When your tiles arrive.

Open the parcel carefully, check the contents before booking installation, and retain the packaging while checking the order. Photograph any transit damage and do not install an affected tile before the issue is assessed.

Web images illustrate the pattern and layout. Final printed colour, finish, care guidance and installation suitability should be checked against a physical sample and the confirmed product specification.

In development

More ways to make your home yours

Our splashback range is focused on tiled designs. We are also developing acrylic and glass options to bring you more choice in the future. These new ranges are not available to order yet.

In the works

6 mm acrylic splashbacks

A lower-cost way to bring your own style, colour and artwork into laundry areas and selected kitchen spaces.

Not for use behind gas or conventional electric cooktops. Heat can cause acrylic to warp. For cooktop installations, acrylic is an option only with induction, where the panel specification and appliance installation instructions permit it and all required clearances are met.

In the works

6 mm glass splashbacks

A planned glass option for customers looking for a polished finish and more ways to personalise their home. We are working through the range, with final specifications and installation guidance to be confirmed before launch.

Planning update — September 2026: we are targeting release over the next 3–6 months (December 2026–March 2027). This is an estimate, with timing subject to development and final product checks.
