Make every guest feel welcome with a personalised name at their place. These individual laser-cut names add a thoughtful finishing touch to a plate, napkin or table setting and make a lovely keepsake after the celebration.

Style them for family Christmas dinners, birthdays, engagements, graduations, baby showers, hens parties, weddings and other special gatherings.

Each listing uses one font style: the lettering shown on this page is the style used for your names. These are cut-out names, not lettering printed onto a backing card.

Each finished name is 4–5 cm high. The exact height within this range is determined by the letters in the name and the font style. Width varies with the name and lettering style, so names will not all be the same width.

All finishes are single-layer, 3 mm material. Choose from Walnut, Cedar, Birch or Cherry Varnished Plywood; Holographic Gold, Holographic Silver, Bright Red or Forest Green Standard Glitter Acrylic; or Gold Mirror, Silver Mirror, Rose Gold Mirror, Black or White Acrylic.

Your order includes one personalised cut-out for each guest-name line, in this listing's font and your chosen finish. Plates, napkins, cutlery and other styling accessories are not included.

Handle the lettering gently, particularly fine joins and flourishes. If an acrylic piece is supplied with protective film or paper, peel it away carefully before styling.

Enter one guest name per line. Keep a complete name together: Alex Marie on one line counts as one place name, not two. For repeated names, enter the name on a separate line for each piece required.

We count the nonblank lines for you and select the quantity and price band automatically. You do not need to count the names yourself. There is a minimum of four names per list, with one font and finish per list.

Please do not add commas between guests, numbering, quantities or instructions to the guest list. Enter the spelling and capitalisation exactly as you would like them made.

Proofs are not supplied. Check every name and tick the spelling confirmation before ordering.

We prepare your guest list in the selected font and laser cut the names in-house from your chosen material. Letter spacing and joins may be adjusted during preparation so the cut-out works as a connected piece while retaining the character of the font.

Your names are personalised to order, so please allow time for production as well as delivery.
